RATES

The prices cover the entire area of the historical and tourist center of Rome and surrounding areas;

For transfers outside the city center, the rate may undergo a small change that can be negotiated directly with the company;

All the prices are luggage included;

All the prices are Vat excluded – +10%;

Night Rate is from 10pm to 6am – +10%;

For ride over the city (G.R.A. Grande Raccordo Anulare highway) charges are to be arranged directly with the company; 


TERMS AND SALES CONDITIONS

All reservations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the time of your choice, in order to ensure the success of your service booking;

Payment is made at the time of reservation or directly to the driver by cash – credit card (only on request);

In case of cancellation or change of service within 12 hours the pickup time, the fee paid will be promptly returned to the customer and we change your booking;

In case of cancellation of the service from 12 to 6 hours prior of the pickup time, the company maintains the right to deduct the 25% amount paid at the time of booking or in any case it will be an amount to be paid;

In case of cancellation of the service from 5 to 2 hours prior of the pickup time, the company maintains the right to deduct the 50% amount paid at the time of booking or in any case it will be an amount to be paid;

In case of cancellation of the service from 1 hours prior of the pickup time, the company maintains the right to deduct the full amount paid at the time of booking or in any case it will be an amount to be paid;

No additional cost will be applied in the event or in case of circumstances beyond the customers control that are not attributable to the customer;

PICKUP RULES AT AIRPORTS            

Your driver will meet you inside the arrivals terminal (waiting room) located after the baggage claim area, in front of the Meeting Point column – named “N.C.C – Limo Service” with your name written on a sign;

To facilitate our work and to track the flight in the event of delay or advance, please enter correctly the flight code, at the time of booking, with its landing time;

It is also important to communicate your mobile phone number including the prefix;

In case of lost luggage at the airport or delay, please promptly notify the Help Desk number of the company (+393286477449) also by WhatsApp. In this case, your driver will wait you for your time;

If there is no communication from the client and the first hour of waiting has passed after the time you have indicated, service is considered canceled and the full balance of the fee is due.


PICKUP RULES IN THE PORT OF CIVITAVECCHIA

Your driver will be waiting outside the entrance to the ship with your name written on a sign;

To facilitate our work it is important to communicate your disembark time and the name of the cruise company;

It is also important to communicate your own mobile phone number including country code;

If there is no communication from the client and the first hour of waiting has passed after the time you have indicated, service is considered canceled and the full balance of the fee is due.

Your driver will meet you inside your hotel lobby, or at an address of your choice.

It is important to communicate during your booking a mobile telephone number including the country code, the exact address for your pickup and the time;

These prices are based on a previously arranged tour with various stops throughout the city;

Does not include the price for a tour guide;

For tour services or excursions outside the city of Rome with more than 8 people and up to a maximum of 54, please arrange the rate directly with the company;
